Mr. Hendry has been developing and repositioning real estate personally since 1991. Mr. Hendry has extensive experience in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry,
including real estate appraisals, market studies, litigation support, as well as real estate development.

HENDRY REAL ESTATE ADVISORS, INC. was founded in 2001 in Tampa, Florida. Hendry Real Estate Advisors, Inc. specializes in the valuation of residential and
commercial assets predominately throughout the Southeast United States with approximately 50% of the work outside the Tampa Bay area.
Our appraisers and support staff have extensive experience, which provides our clients with the highest quality work product.
Mr. Haynes Hendry received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1990 and is a State-Certified General Appraiser (CGA) in Florida and Georgia.
With offices located in Tampa, Miami and Fort Myers, the company has continued to grow to one of the largest commercial appraisal firms on the West Coast of Florida.
Our objective here at Hendry Real Estate Advisors, is to provide up-to-date, concise valuation information to support decisions involving repositioning, underwriting,
purchasing and selling real estate assets. Our analyses, opinions, and conclusions are developed and prepared in conformance with the requirements of the Code of Professional Ethics of the
Appraisal Institute. Our appraisals are prepared in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the
Appraisal Foundation. Moreover, our reports and analyses comply with all the regulations issued by the appropriate regulatory entities, regarding the enactment of Title XI of the
Financial Institution Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA).
